The Iona 2 2-Man Tent, from Highlander, is a single skin dome tent that is perfect for festivals, short term summer camping, or for the kids to play in while out in the garden.

It is compact and lightweight and can be easily carried over fields to the festival site or camp site, or can be strapped to your rucksack for weekend backpacking or hiking trips.

Single Skin Tent

Although the Iona is a single skin tent the fabric still has a hydrostatic head of 1500 mm, which means it will withstand water pressure up to 1500 mm before letting water through. It does not, however, have taped seams so if you are expecting rain you will need to go over these with a seam sealant.

This versatile dome tent has fibreglass poles which are very lightweight, yet strong and durable. The 150 Denier polyester pole sleeves make pitching the tent a quick and easy job.

There is one entrance door with a midge proof mesh to keep out mossies and other flying insects. The tent has air vents and the fabric is breathable, which helps to prevent a build up of condensation, which will help to keep you dry and comfortable.

Compact & Lightweight

The Iona 2 is a very compact and lightweight, 2 man tent. The overall size is 150 cm wide by 205 cm deep with a height of 105 cm. When packed away in its carry bag the pack size is 58 cm x 14 cm, and the whole thing weighs only 1900 grams.

The Highlander Iona 2 2-Man Tent is a light and versatile camping tent, and although not suitable for long term camping, would be ideal for festivals and short weekend trips in the summer, and for children to use in the garden.
